She brings her expertise to all her clients including VIP clients, world-class athletes, celebrities and developers worldwide. Gainer has worked on almost all continents and major international cities and resort destinations near and far.

Hope’s client base includes buyers, sellers and investors worldwide as well as developers.

A native of Chicago, Hope attended Cornell University before embarking on a successful marketing career in New York City. There she worked with multinational corporation, Colgate Palmolive in their Sports & Recreation Division and later with luxury lifestyle brands including Rolls-Royce, Netjets, Starwood Luxury Properties and designers, Yves St. Laurent, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Nicole Miller among numerous other powerhouse clients and iconic athletes like Bjorn Borg and Arnold Palmer. When Gainer moved to Miami, she shifted gears to focus more attentively on luxury real estate. She finds Miami one of the most international cities in the world and a great base to travel both around the U.S. and overseas.

Hope is a founding member of the Florida Luxury Marketing Council, a global organization with affiliate offices worldwide. She has been the recipient of numerous industry awards including Barons “Global Achiever for the 21st Century” and “Who’s Who in Real Estate”. Also, Hope’s unique, upscale Art Basel, Boat Show, Grand Prix, Polo and Real Estate events are some of the most sought after both locally and globally attracting luxury brands, buyers and developers.

Additionally, Gainer is a contributing journalist for a variety of luxury lifestyle magazines that are translated into several languages. She writes about real estate as well as other topics of interest for high net worth audiences. Plus, Hope actively supports numerous charities including American Red Cross, Operation Smile, Miami City Ballet and New World Symphony. Her favorite is Global Empowerment Mission which reaches worldwide to help those in times of crisis impacted by natural disasters.
